Hillsong’s Pastor Tells Child Molestation Victim, “It’s Your Fault. You Tempted [Him].”

Pastor Brian Houston told a child sex abuse victim, “It’s your fault all this happened, you tempted my father.”

Clearly following in the footsteps of compassionate caring Jesus. For He said unto us: let us blameth the children and the weak for the carnal sins of our father’s. For my Father in heaven has made men weak, and made also powerful the temptations of innocent babes. — Book of Asshole 69:69.

Idaho Priest Who Wanted To ‘Rape And Kill Children’ Sentenced To 25 Years For Child Porn | Michael Stone

The Rev. W. Thomas Faucher, a longtime priest in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise, has been sentenced to 25 years in prisonwithout parole and will be required to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to felony crimes involving the possession and distribution of child pornography.

Oklahoma Republican Declares That Rape Is The ‘Will Of God’

Faught … stated that rape and incest are God’s will because God is sovereign over all activities that happen.

Well, he is technically correct. If you believe god is all-knowing all-powerful then everything that happens must be according to his will.

Or he doesn’t care enough to intervene.

(And no, such a god does not permit free will. Because he already knows everything you are going to do. And in any case, there is no free will if you will face eternal damnation should you choose wrongly.)

If you tell anyone, you’ll burn in hell!

I challenge any Catholic to watch this and still go to church, give to the church, (or even continue to pray to the catholic god) with a clear conscience. If you can, you are very good at compartmentalization and denial.

George Pell, the third most powerful catholic clergy, and already convicted of all charges of child abuse in late 2018, is about to face trial again in March 2019 for another set of child abuse allegations.

How long will it be when the allegations go all the way up to the pope himself? Will he suddenly retire for “health reasons” like his predecessor?

The catholic church is broken. We need to treat it like we treat any other organisation found to have committed, covered up, and perpetuated the most heinous crimes. It needs to be shut down and its assets seized.

But instead, we see them continually being pandered to. We see secular governments kow-towing to their practices. They may well believe in the sanctity of their confessional practices. But that doesn’t matter when it is used to cover up crime. They are no more special than any one else in society.

Of course not every catholic is evil. But if you continue to support an evil organisation, what does that say?

Archbishop ‘wasn’t sure if it was a crime for priests to rape children’

The former chancellor of the St. Paul and Minneapolis archdiocese, Robert Carlson, said under oath that he “wasn’t sure if he knew that it was illegal for priests to have sex with children.” This comes after he admitted to protecting predator priests when he was chancellor of the archdiocese in the 1980s.

The Catholic Church can no longer claim any moral superiority.

‘It’s not rape if the child isn’t penetrated’

Catholic League President Bill Donohue engages in semantics and mental gymnastics to minimise Pennsylvania rapist priests scandal:

Fact: This is an obscene lie. Most of the alleged victims were not raped: they were groped or otherwise abused, but not penetrated, which is what the word “rape” means. This is not a defense—it is meant to set the record straight and debunk the worst case scenarios attributed to the offenders.

That’s right, folks. Nothing to see here. All perfectly normal for thd Catholic church. Just keep them donations coming.

Report: Over 300 Predator Priests, More Than 1,000 Child Victims In Pennsylvania

Report: Over 300 Predator Priests, More Than 1,000 Child Victims In Pennsylvania (Image via Twitter)

“Priests were raping little boys and little girls” – A long awaited report finds over 300 predator priests sexually abused over a 1,000 children in Pennsylvania.

… “systematic” coverup effort by church leaders over 70 years.

… Most of the victims were boys; but there were girls too. Some were teens; many were pre-pubescent. Some were manipulated with alcohol or pornography. Some were made to masturbate their assailants, or were groped by them. Some were raped orally, some vaginally, some anally. But all of them were brushed aside, in every part of the state, by church leaders who preferred to protect the abusers and their institution above all.

How can anyone in good conscience continue to support the catholic church as an institution? To continue to attend services pretending all is well? To give money to them that will be used to cover up such crimes and pay off victims?
